View Behavioral Health-Colton II

Community Care Funding III, LP (“CCF III”) is a New Commercial Enterprise (NCE) that will provide funding to View Behavioral Health-Colton II, LLC, a Job Creating Entity (JCE), for a project in the City of Colton, San Bernardino County, California. Inland Empire Renewable Energy Regional Center (“IERERC”) is a general partner of the NCe and will oversee the project operating in compliance with EB-5 requirements. JCE aims to renovate an existing vacant building into a psychiatric hospital and operate a child-adolescent psychiatric health facility.
