Community Care Funding II, LP (“CCF II”) is a New Commercial Enterprise (NCE) that will provide funding to East Cooley, LLC, a Job Creating Entity (JCE), for a property development project in the city of Colton, San Bernardino County, California. Inland Empire Renewable Energy Regional Center (“IERERC”) is the general partner of the NCE and will oversee the project operating in compliance with EB-5 requirements. East Cooley aims to purchase and renovate an existing vacant building to adapt it to a psychiatric hospital and lease it to View Behavioral Health Colton, LLC for a brand-new psychiatric hospital.
