SMX Property

Clean Energy Center, LP (“CECLP”) is a limited partnership, formed in the state of California on June 28, 2011 under the sponsorship of Inland Empire Renewable Energy Regional Center (“IERERC”) for the purpose of providing a loan to SMX Property (“SMXP’), a newly established limited liability company. SMX Property is headquartered in the city of Riverside, California. SMXP received a $13 million EB-5 loan from CECLP. SMXP 1) purchased a vacant / non-operational warehouse space, 2) renovated the acquired warehouse and 3) operated, leased, and managed the newly renovated building. The acquired building is a mixed-use commercial facility which includes office, retail, and educational use space all related to renewable energy.
