SolarMax LED

Clean Energy Funding II, LP (“CEF II”) is a new commercial enterprise which provided an investment in the form of a $10.5 million loan to SolarMax LED, Inc. (“SolarMax LED”) to finance its operations as a full-service LED systems integrator that will sell or finance, design, and install LED systems for residential and commercial customers in California. SolarMax LED is headquartered in the city of Riverside in Riverside County. SolarMax LED utilized funds to operate and manage a LED installation business that focus on providing innovative and efficient renewable energy solutions for residential homes, commercial buildings, and other properties.
