SolarMax Renewable Energy Provider

Clean Energy Funding, LP (“CEFLP”) is a California limited partnership under the sponsorship of Inland Empire Renewable Energy Regional Center (“IERERC”). CEFLP was established in July 2011 and successfully provided a $45million EB-5 loan to SolarMax Renewable Energy Provider, Inc. (“SREP”) to finance its operation as a provider of solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The loan proceed was used by SREP to purchase solar energy equipment, cover engineering and installation costs as well as marketing, advertising and other expenses related to residential and commercial solar energy systems. SREP will provide solar system design, sales, leasing solutions and installation services for residential and commercial customers in California.
